Before completing the form to place a booking, 
it is important to note the Terms and Conditions below on short notice CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS.

Strict Terms & Conditions regarding CANCELLATIONS or NO SHOWS,
At the booking stage you may be asked to pay a deposit by BACS,   but, as with regular loyal clients WE WILL ACCEPT YOUR BOOKING, (WITHOUT TAKING A DEPOSIT) IN GOOD FAITH IF you are making a commitment to the arrival and departure dates you have stated to us when placing the booking. 
You will be liable to a charge for the full duration of your pre-booked stay if it is canceled in part or full without sufficient warning within the 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or during your stay, 
OR if you have NOT SHOWED UP.   
(insurance is advisable)

NO SHOWS,
Un-loyal clients who pre-book but just don't turn up on the Scheduled day of arrival without any form of notification will be asked to pay the full amount for the pre-booked stay which we have faithfully reserved for them, and their details will be logged into a register which  shows they have been un-loyal to us.

It is important that you know that we operate and take our bookings completely independent to the Caravan & Motor-home Club.       The C & MH club seem to have been having trouble with their phones and IT system.


Please rest assured, ours is working fine, so feel free to communicate and place bookings with us as normal.

If after clicking  SUBMIT you don't get a "submitted" response message, it probably means that you have NOT completed or NOT ticked a required box/field of which will be shown highlighted with a RED border. You will need to go back over the form and complete or tick  box/field, where highlighted with a RED border.

 Further to receiving your completed Booking form I will respond with an email "detailed Confirmation" before the end of the day to reassure you that I have received your request.
(usually within a few hours, but please be patient as I might be mowing grass, or doing other site chores at the time of your form filling).  
Please check your junk/spam folders as some of my previous e-mails have been found there.
It is important to note that until you have received an official confirmation by email from me your booking has NOT been secured in the diary.  I will be grateful for a brief acknowledgement from you just to verify that you have actually received my email confirmation.

You may be asked to pay a Non refundable Deposit via BAC's, (£30 minimum) to secure the Booking. 
The Bank details will be forwarded to you with the confirmation.

Simply log-in to your PayPal account,  click on "Pay or Send money"
then,
enter the email address  riversidetourer@gmail.com  as the email you wish to make the payment to,      then the amount,

and then send.    It's as simple as that. 

Soon after I receive the Paypal payment I will respond by emailing to you a detailed Confirmation/Receipt.  Please ensure your email address, and the dates of your booking are forwarded with the "notes" on the PayPal payment.  

If you haven't already got a PayPal account, I would highly recommend one. It enables you to both receive, and send, uncomplicated but extremely secure payments, (with no numbers or codes revealed to anyone) to a multitude of suppliers and service providers who now accept PayPal.     The set-up procedure is very straight forward.
